  1. How do I talk to someone about ordering or an order I placed?
    A: Always feel free to email us at sales@MOVIESville.com. You can expect answer in 24 to 48 hours. A lot of customers get response within one hour! For wholesale orders, please ask for phone number. If it's regarding an existing order, make sure to have information about your order ready (order number, titles etc) for us when you call - let us know if your order was placed in the store or on the internet. If you're emailing us - include your order number and any other important information in your email. If we're not here or you call after hours - leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

  2. What are your normal sales hours?
    A: Hours are 11:00am to 11:00pm Monday through Friday / 11am to 12:00am Friday & Saturday. We have staff working abroad at different time zones, so sometimes you will get a surprise answer at 4 a.m. in the morning (if you are still up).


  3. Can I buy a title from your inventory?

    If it's in print and in stock we can ship to you right away, or if it's in print but not in stock we will try and find you a copy from the network of suppliers we command. We won't sell rare items in our rental inventory for any price (no offers please!). For special orders email us.

  4. What kind of payments do you accept?
    A: We accept: PayPal and checks.
    PayPal payments will ensure prompt shipment (shipped in less than two business days; usually shipped the same day; payable to sales@moviesville.com, No-Bull Discount Electronics is the actual name of the business). Money orders/cashier's checks are slower, but okay.

    BidPay.com payments welcome (a Western Union service). Personal checks may delay shipment a little longer. Check payment address will be provided upon check out.

  5. Region-coded DVDs? How in the world can I watch DVDs from ANYWHERE in the world?
    A: All of our domestic DVDs (unless otherwise noted) are coded Region 1 NTSC. Region 1 DVDs are coded to play on any DVD player purchased in the United States, Canada or any other North American Region 1 territory. We sell and stock region-coded DVDs, PLUS, we sell and stock All-Region DVD players, ranging from low-end $150 models to $1,000 models. Region coded items will only play on a machine coded for it's region or on a region free (a.k.a. Region-All) DVD player. Click here for more info on region codes and PAL/NTSC.

    DVD R1 NTSC Compatible with ALL USA DVD players and any region free DVD player. Customers from countries that use PAL video signals (Europe, Africa) will need to have a Region Free NTSC/PAL DVD player or be able to convert the NTSC signal to PAL.
    DVD R0 NTSC R0 = Region Free. Compatible with ALL DVD players. If you're in North America - this DVD will play in your DVD player. Customers from countries that use PAL video signals (Europe, Africa) will need to have a NTSC/PAL DVD player or be able to convert the NTSC signal to PAL. This DVD will play on any computer equipped with a DVD drive - computers automatically convert NTSC or PAL..
    DVD R0 PAL R0 = Region Free. Compatible with ALL DVD players. Customers from countries that use NTSC video signals (USA, Canada etc) will need to have a NTSC/PAL DVD player or be able to convert the PAL signal to NTSC. This DVD will play on any computer equipped with a DVD drive - computers automatically convert PAL or NTSC.
    DVD R2 - R6 NTSC Region Coded. You must have a Region Free DVD player to play these discs. These discs are NTSC - Countries that use PAL video will need to be able to convert the NTSC.
    DVD R2 - R6 PAL Region Coded. You must have a Region Free DVD player to play these discs. These discs are NTSC - Countries that use NTSC video will need to be able to convert the PAL.

  6. What's your return policy?
    A: All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and MUST be accompanied by a receipt. Opened or defective purchases can be exchanged for the same title or a title of your choice only. We will supply store credits applicable to future orders. We will not accept the return of items due to player incompatibility (region coding, PAL, etc) or duplicate purchases placed in error. Please contact us before shipping back a defective item to us - we will not accept unauthorized returns. You need an RMA number before any return action is taken. Customers are responsible for the return of merchandise to us - if authorized, we will credit your account for the shipping fees. Contact us if you think your item is defective - there's a good chance we can help you get it to work. If you have already filled out a return form - your return information and authorization will be in our email response.

  7. Can I buy things online and pick them up in the store?
    A: Currently, no; we operate different warehouses and they are not set up for visitors!

  8. How long will it take for my special order or back ordered title to arrive?
    A: Most special orders will only take about 3 - 7 business days to arrive. Items that are out of print, back ordered or imported may take longer to get in stock. We will notify you when your order has shipped - please feel free to email us or call us with any questions.

  9. How do I check the status of my order?
    A: We are working towards an automated shipment notification system. Before that is set up, please query ONLY IF you did not get your shipment in reasonable wait time.

  10. How can I pre-order an item before it is released?
    A: If you notice that the item you are interested in has a release date after the current date - you can purchase it now and have it shipped to you when it is released. We're usually able to get it to you by the actual day it is released - the ship time will depend on what part of the country or world you live in.

  11. Is your website order-friendly?
    A: A limited catalogue of inventory can be ordered directly from this website. Currently most of our inventory is sold on third-party venues.
